For more than 30 years the Fromagerie Tourrette cheese dairy has stayed true to traditional cheese-making and the authenticity of flavours. Our cheese-makers and affineurs under the guidance of René Tourrette and Luc Segaux invite you to discover more than 150 cheeses. A variety of flavours from the richness of our terroirs, produced by 100% traditional methods.

From cows, goats or sheep, rubbed, washed, brushed or blued, all our cheeses pass through our maturing cellar, where they are stored until they have acquired maturity and all their taste qualities.

OUR PRODUCTS

The quality of our range of products is ensured by our professionalism and the skill of our cheese-makers in maturing the cheese. We use raw milk, observe seasonality and make sure that the cheese is perfectly matured, for these factors are essential to guarantee to you the value and taste of our products.

We know our local producers personally and their farms, thus we can monitor the origin, composition and therefore the quality of our products.

Our products are made from natural ingredients, without GMO, without preservatives and without food colourings. We guarantee immaculate standards of hygiene and traceability.

Our rich experience of gourmet catering has allowed us to extend our range of products and we now offer fresh cream and butter for cooking and the table. We also sell a complete range of traditionally-produced charcuterie, together with a variety of delicatessen products, which conform to the same quality criteria.
