Bienvenue dans notre restaurant La Cloche à Fromage !
Fondé en 1988 par René Tourrette, le restaurant marque le début de l’aventure de la maison Tourrette. Son concept novateur lui valut son nom et son succès jusqu’ici inégalé : rapidement la cloche à fromage fut reconnue la plus grande au monde par le Guinness Book Records en 1989.
Remplacé par un modèle plus performant en 2016, ce meuble unique en restauration rassemble toutes les technologies actuelles permettant de conserver les fromages et de parfaire leur affinage. Du haut de ses 1,96m et de ses 1,88m de diamètre, il peut accueillir jusqu’à 90 variétés!
Que vous soyez fin connaisseur, amateur novice ou simplement curieux, laissez-vous guider par nos maîtres fromagers à la découverte de la culture fromagère, des terroirs, des cheptels et des saisons dans une ambiance chaleureuse.
Au menu, des plateaux de dégustation à thème, l’emblématique fondue La Cloche à Fromage disponible en plusieurs déclinaisons, notre fameuse raclette servie sur four traditionnel, et d’autres spécialités… Nous proposons également des plats à la carte et des plats du jour de saison, servis pour la plupart avec une touche fromagère.
Tous nos fromages sont affinés dans notre cave, où ils atteignent leur maturité et développent toutes leurs qualités gustatives. Nos plats faits maison et nos recettes originales sont élaborés sur place à partir de produits frais.
